3. Spółdzielnia rolników może prowadzić również działalność:

1) społeczną i oświatowo-kulturalną na rzecz swoich członków i ich środowiska;

2) jako obywatelska społeczność energetyczna, o której mowa w przepisach ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. – Prawo energetyczne (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 266, 834, 859, 1847 i 1881 oraz z 2025 r. poz. 303);

3) w zakresie wytwarzania energii elektrycznej lub biogazu, lub biogazu rolniczego, lub biometanu, lub ciepła ze źródeł odnawialnych w instalacjach odnawialnego źródła energii, obrotu nimi lub ich magazynowania, dokonywanego w ramach działalności prowadzonej wyłącznie na rzecz tej spółdzielni oraz jej członków.
