3. Kto, będąc członkiem organu spółdzielni rolników albo likwidatorem, ogłasza dane nieprawdziwe albo przedstawia je organom spółdzielni rolników, władzom państwowym, członkom spółdzielni rolników lub lustratorowi, podlega grzywnie, karze ograniczenia wolności albo pozbawienia wolności do lat 2.
