1. Kto, będąc członkiem zarządu spółdzielni rolników albo likwidatorem, nie zgłasza wniosku o upadłość spółdzielni rolników mimo powstania warunków uzasadniających upadłość spółdzielni, podlega grzywnie, karze ograniczenia wolności albo pozbawienia wolności do roku.
