Art. 14. Walne zgromadzenie spółdzielni rolników może przeznaczyć część nadwyżki bilansowej spółdzielni rolników na oprocentowanie wniesionych udziałów. Wysokość oprocentowania nie może przekroczyć najwyższej w danym roku kalendarzowym wysokości stopy redyskontowej weksli przyjmowanych od banków do redyskonta przez Narodowy Bank Polski powiększonej o maksymalnie trzy punkty procentowe. Zasady ustalania wysokości oprocentowania i sposób jego wypłaty określa statut.
