2. Spółdzielnia rolników tworzy zasadnicze fundusze własne:

1) fundusz udziałowy, na który składają się wpłaty udziałów członkowskich;

2) fundusz zasobowy, na który składają się wpłaty wpisowego dokonane przez członków oraz nie mniej niż 10 % nadwyżki bilansowej;

3) fundusz wzajemnościowy, na który składają się wpłaty w wysokości nie mniejszej niż 3 % nadwyżki bilansowej.
