Art. 12. Członek spółdzielni rolników będący właścicielem wniesionego do spółdzielni rolników wkładu niepieniężnego może nim rozporządzać, jednak o zamiarze zbycia takiego wkładu jest obowiązany powiadomić spółdzielnię rolników na piśmie, co najmniej na 12 miesięcy przed zamiarem dokonania tej czynności, o ile w statucie nie został wskazany wcześniejszy termin na dokonanie tej czynności.
