Art. 5.

1. Spełnienie świadczenia niezamówionego przez konsumenta, o którym mowa w art. 9 pkt 6 ustawy z dnia 23 sierpnia 2007 r. o przeciwdziałaniu nieuczciwym praktykom rynkowym (Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 845), następuje na ryzyko przedsiębiorcy i nie nakłada na konsumenta żadnych zobowiązań.

2. Brak odpowiedzi konsumenta na niezamówione świadczenie nie stanowi zgody na zawarcie umowy.
