3. W przypadku odstąpienia od umowy, umowa jest uważana za niezawartą, a konsument jest zwolniony z wszelkich zobowiązań. To, co strony świadczyły, ulega zwrotowi w stanie niezmienionym, chyba że zmiana była konieczna w granicach zwykłego zarządu, w terminie 30 dni:
1) od odstąpienia od umowy – w przypadku świadczeń konsumenta albo
2) od otrzymania oświadczenia o odstąpieniu od umowy – w przypadku świadczeń przedsiębiorcy.
