2. W wypadku przekazywania konsumentowi informacji w formie głosowych komunikatów telefonicznych nie stosuje się przepisów ust. 1 pkt 6–8 oraz pkt 10– 20, jeżeli konsument udzieli na to wyraźnej zgody. Przedsiębiorca jest obowiązany zamieścić w komunikacie informacje o prawie konsumenta do żądania przedstawienia informacji, o których mowa w tych przepisach oraz sposobie ich uzyskania.
