1. Konsument ma obowiązek zwrócić towar przedsiębiorcy lub przekazać go osobie upoważnionej przez przedsiębiorcę do odbioru niezwłocznie, jednak niepóźniej niż 14 dni od dnia, w którym odstąpił od umowy, chyba że przedsiębiorca zaproponował, że sam odbierze towar. Do zachowania terminu wystarczy odesłanie towaru przed jego upływem.
