2. Przedsiębiorca dokonuje zwrotu płatności przy użyciu takiego samego sposobu zapłaty, jakiego użył konsument, chyba że konsument wyraźnie zgodził się na inny sposób zwrotu, który nie wiąże się dla niego z żadnymi kosztami.
