Art. 27.

1. Konsument, który zawarł umowę na odległość lub poza lokalem przedsiębiorstwa, może w terminie 14 dni odstąpić od niej bez podawania przyczyny i bez ponoszenia kosztów, z wyjątkiem kosztów określonych w art. 33, art. 34 ust. 2 i art. 35.

2. Jeżeli konsument zawarł umowę poza lokalem przedsiębiorstwa podczas nieumówionej wizyty przedsiębiorcy w miejscu zamieszkania lub zwykłego pobytu konsumenta albo wycieczki, termin do odstąpienia od umowy wynosi 30 dni.
