Art. 26. W przypadku sprzeczności między przepisami art. 12–23 a przepisami ustawy z dnia 6 marca 2018 r. o zasadach uczestnictwa przedsiębiorców zagranicznych i innych osób zagranicznych w obrocie gospodarczym na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 89, 619, 621 i 1794 oraz z 2026 r. poz. 507) oraz ustawy z dnia 18 lipca 2002 r. o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1513) stosuje się przepisy niniejszej ustawy.
