5. Ostateczne rozstrzygnięcia, o których mowa w ust. 3 pkt 1, organy je wydające przekazują niepóźniej niż w terminie 3 dni od dnia ich podjęcia do właściwego ze względu na położenie nieruchomości dyrektora oddziału terenowego Krajowego Ośrodka.
