4. Terminy, o których mowa w ust. 3 pkt 1 lub 2, mogą być, na wniosek inwestora, przedłużone przez Krajowy Ośrodek niedłużej jednak niż o rok, licząc od dnia upływu tych terminów, jeżeli nie mogły zostać dotrzymane z przyczyn niezależnych od inwestora.
