1. Notariusz sporządzający umowę przeniesienia własności nieruchomości, o której mowa w art. 1b, jest obowiązany do przekazania wypisu aktu notarialnego obejmującego umowę przenoszącą własność nieruchomości rolnej do właściwego ze względu na położenie nieruchomości dyrektora oddziału terenowego Krajowego Ośrodka w terminie 14 dni od dnia zawarcia umowy.
1.
