4. Nieruchomości rolne stanowiące własność lub użytkowanie wieczyste spółek, o których mowa w ust. 1, znajdujące się we władaniu innych osób na podstawie zawartych umów, pozostają nadal we władaniu tych osób na dotychczasowych warunkach, do dnia zawarcia nowych umów. Jeżeli nowe umowy nie zostaną zawarte w terminie roku od dnia wejścia w skład Zasobu Własności Rolnej Skarbu Państwa akcji i udziałów spółek, o których mowa w ust. 1, dotychczasowe umowy wygasają.
