6. Przepisów ust. 1–5 nie stosuje się, jeżeli:

1) zamiast dotychczasowego wspólnika wspólnikiem staje się osoba jemu bliska;

2) nowym wspólnikiem staje się osoba bliska któregokolwiek ze wspólników.
