3a. W przypadku gdy udziały lub akcje są obciążone prawem zastawu, Krajowy Ośrodek dokonuje zapłaty ceny w terminie 14 dni od dnia otrzymania zawiadomienia o wygaśnięciu zastawu, o ile zapłata ceny jest już wymagalna.
