10. Krajowy Ośrodek wysyła zobowiązanemu z prawa pierwokupu oświadczenie w formie aktu notarialnego o wykonaniu prawa pierwokupu przesyłką poleconą nadaną za potwierdzeniem odbioru w placówce pocztowej operatora pocztowego w rozumieniu art. 3 pkt 12 ustawy z dnia 23 listopada 2012 r. – Prawo pocztowe lub w placówce podmiotu zajmującego się doręczaniem korespondencji na terenie Unii Europejskiej, a następnie publikuje je na stronie podmiotowej w Biuletynie Informacji Publicznej Krajowego Ośrodka. Wypis aktu notarialnego zawierającego oświadczenie o skorzystaniu z prawa pierwokupu wydawany jest także zobowiązanemu z prawa pierwokupu.
