3. Dyrektor Generalny Krajowego Ośrodka, na wniosek nabywcy nieruchomości rolnej, wyraża zgodę, w drodze decyzji administracyjnej, na dokonanie czynności, o których mowa w ust. 2, przed upływem okresu 5 lat od dnia przeniesienia własności tej nieruchomości, w przypadkach uzasadnionych ważnym interesem nabywcy nieruchomości rolnej lub interesem publicznym.
