8. Zbywca nieruchomości rolnej w terminie miesiąca od dnia otrzymania powiadomienia, o którym mowa w ust. 7, może:

1) wystąpić do sądu o ustalenie ceny odpowiadającej wartości rynkowej nieruchomości rolnej nabywanej przez Krajowy Ośrodek albo

2) złożyć pisemne oświadczenie o cofnięciu żądania nabycia tej nieruchomości przez Krajowy Ośrodek.
