6. W przypadku niewyrażenia zgody, o której mowa w ust. 4, Krajowy Ośrodek, na pisemne żądanie zbywcy nieruchomości rolnej złożone w terminie miesiąca od dnia, w którym decyzja o niewyrażeniu zgody stała się ostateczna, jest obowiązany do zakupu nieruchomości rolnej za zapłatą ustalonej przez Krajowy Ośrodek ceny odpowiadającej wartości rynkowej nieruchomości określonej zgodnie z przepisami o gospodarce nieruchomościami, z uwzględnieniem jej obciążeń.
