4g. Podmiot, który złożył odpowiedź na ogłoszenie o nieruchomości rolnej bez zamiaru zawarcia umowy sprzedaży nieruchomości rolnej, jest obowiązany do naprawienia szkody, jaką poniósł:

1) zbywca nieruchomości rolnej dający ogłoszenie o nieruchomości rolnej, przez to, że liczył na zawarcie tej umowy;

2) Krajowy Ośrodek w związku z czynnościami związanymi z zamieszczonym ogłoszeniem o nieruchomości rolnej i odpowiedzią na to ogłoszenie.
