Art. 1c. Przepisów ustawy nie stosuje się do nabycia nieruchomości rolnej do Zasobu, o którym mowa w ustawie z dnia 20 lipca 2017 r. o Krajowym Zasobie Nieruchomości (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 834 oraz z 2026 r. poz. 39 i 426), oraz do gruntów, które zostały zbyte z tego Zasobu albo wniesione do spółki jako aport, w celu realizacji inwestycji mieszkaniowej lub realizacji uzbrojenia technicznego, w rozumieniu przepisów ustawy z dnia 20 lipca 2017 r. o Krajowym Zasobie Nieruchomości – położonych w granicach administracyjnych miast.
