2. Sąd rejestrowy z urzędu dokonuje wykreślenia wpisów, gdy uchylono orzeczenie o ogłoszeniu upadłości, albo na wniosek osoby wpisanej do rejestru dłużników niewypłacalnych, gdy tytuł wykonawczy, który stanowił podstawę wpisu, został prawomocnym orzeczeniem sądu pozbawiony wykonalności.
