Art. 53a. Podmioty podlegające obowiązkowi wpisu do rejestru, o którym mowa w art. 49 ust. 1, są obowiązane zgłaszać dotyczące ich informacje wymienione w art. 38, 39, 43, 44, 52 i 53 oraz zmiany tych informacji, niezależnie od obowiązków wynikających z odrębnych przepisów, chyba że ustawa stanowi inaczej.
