2. Centralna Informacja przekazuje, za pośrednictwem systemu teleinformatycznego, dane i informacje o podmiotach wpisanych do Rejestru w celu ponownego wykorzystywania na wniosek złożony w postaci elektronicznej opatrzony kwalifikowanym podpisem elektronicznym, podpisem zaufanym albo podpisem osobistym. Dane zgromadzone w Rejestrze udostępnia się w celu ponownego wykorzystywania także za pośrednictwem interfejsu programistycznego aplikacji (API).
