2. Z wpisem, o którym mowa w ust. 1, nie wiąże się nabycie osobowości prawnej przez taką organizację, a w dziale 1 rejestru stowarzyszeń, innych organizacji społecznych i zawodowych, fundacji oraz samodzielnych publicznych zakładów opieki zdrowotnej ujawnia się informację, że organizacja pożytku publicznego nie posiada osobowości prawnej.
