Ustawa o Krajowym Rejestrze SądowymArt. 49a. 1

1. Do rejestru stowarzyszeń, innych organizacji społecznych i zawodowych, fundacji oraz samodzielnych publicznych zakładów opieki zdrowotnej wpisuje się także organizacje pożytku publicznego, jeżeli nie mają, z innego tytułu, obowiązku dokonania wpisu do Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego po spełnieniu wymagań, o których mowa w art. 20 lub art. 21 ustawy z dnia 24 kwietnia 2003 r. o działalności pożytku publicznego i o wolontariacie (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1491, 1761 i 1940).
