Art. 45a. Postanowienia w przedmiocie wpisów, o których mowa w art. 41 pkt 4, art. 43, art. 44 ust. 1 pkt 5, art. 45 ust. 1 w zakresie dodania do firmy oznaczenia „w upadłości” oraz ust. 1a i 1b, nie wymagają doręczenia i nie podlegają zaskarżeniu.
