4aa. Po powiadomieniu sądu rejestrowego przez Bankowy Fundusz Gwarancyjny o objęciu CCP restrukturyzacją i uporządkowaną likwidacją zgodnie z art. 22 rozporządzenia 2021/2023 wpisu w dziale 5 rejestru przedsiębiorców o odwołaniu kuratora, o którym mowa w art. 43, oraz wpisów w dziale 6 rejestru przedsiębiorców, o których mowa w art. 44 ust. 1 pkt 1b i 2c, dokonuje się z urzędu.
