1bb. Po przesłaniu do sądu rejestrowego przez Bankowy Fundusz Gwarancyjny odpisu decyzji bez oszacowania i uzasadnienia w przedmiocie zastosowania instrumentu, o którym mowa w art. 33 ust. 1 rozporządzenia 2021/23, wpisów danych, o których mowa w art. 38 pkt 3, pkt 8 lit. a–d i g oraz pkt 9 lit. a–e, h oraz i, w dziale 1 rejestru przedsiębiorców dokonuje się z urzędu.
