Po przesłaniu do sądu rejestrowego przez Bankowy Fundusz Gwarancyjny odpisu decyzji bez oszacowania i uzasadnienia w przedmiocie umorzenia lub konwersji instrumentów kapitałowych lub zobowiązań kwalifikowalnych albo odpisu decyzji o zastosowaniu instrumentu umorzenia lub konwersji zobowiązań wpisów danych, o których mowa w art. 38 pkt 3, pkt 8 lit. a–d i g i pkt 9 lit. a–e, h oraz i, w dziale 1 rejestru przedsiębiorców dokonuje się z urzędu.
