Art. 35a. Minister Sprawiedliwości określi, w drodze rozporządzenia, szczegółowy sposób prowadzenia rejestru przedsiębiorców, rejestru stowarzyszeń, innych organizacji społecznych i zawodowych, fundacji oraz samodzielnych publicznych zakładów opieki zdrowotnej, rejestru dłużników niewypłacalnych oraz szczegółową treść wpisów w tych rejestrach, uwzględniając konieczność zapewnienia kompletności danych zawartych w rejestrach i potrzebę zapewnienia ich przejrzystości.
