11. W postępowaniach dotyczących mienia i zobowiązań, o których mowa w ust. 2, oraz w innych sprawach dotyczących gospodarowania tym mieniem Skarb Państwa jest reprezentowany przez starostę, wykonującego zadania z zakresu administracji rządowej, właściwego ze względu na ostatnią siedzibę podmiotu, o którym mowa w ust. 1.
