Art. 25c. W toku postępowania o rozwiązanie podmiotu wpisanego do Rejestru bez przeprowadzania postępowania likwidacyjnego sąd rejestrowy może zwrócić się o udzielenie informacji niezbędnych do ustalenia, czy podmiot wpisany do Rejestru posiada zbywalny majątek i czy faktycznie prowadzi działalność, do organów podatkowych, organów prowadzących rejestry i ewidencje publiczne lub innych organów administracji publicznej oraz do organizacji społecznych.
