6. W przypadkach uzasadnionych bezpieczeństwem obrotu sąd rejestrowy może dokonać z urzędu wykreślenia danych niezgodnych z rzeczywistym stanem rzeczy lub wpisu danych odpowiadających rzeczywistemu stanowi rzeczy, jeżeli dokumenty stanowiące podstawę wpisu lub wykreślenia znajdują się w aktach rejestrowych, a dane te są istotne.
