1b. Wezwań w postępowaniach, o których mowa w ust. 1 i 1a (postępowania przymuszające), sąd dokonuje pod rygorem zastosowania grzywny przewidzianej w przepisach Kodeksu postępowania cywilnego o egzekucji świadczeń niepieniężnych. W przypadku niewykonania obowiązków w terminie sąd rejestrowy nakłada grzywnę na obowiązanych. Przepisu art. 1053 Kodeksu postępowania cywilnego nie stosuje się.
