2. Sąd rejestrowy otrzymuje z właściwych rejestrów za pośrednictwem systemu integracji rejestrów informacje o zarejestrowaniu, zamknięciu i wykreśleniu oddziału spółki, o której mowa w art. 4a pkt 1, utworzonego w innym państwie członkowskim Unii Europejskiej lub państwie członkowskim Europejskiego Porozumienia o Wolnym Handlu (EFTA) – stronie umowy o Europejskim Obszarze Gospodarczym.
