3. Minister Sprawiedliwości, na podstawie wykazu, o którym mowa w art. 4 ust. 7 ustawy z dnia 21 lipca 2006 r. o nadzorze nad rynkiem finansowym, przekazuje sądowi rejestrowemu, za pośrednictwem systemu teleinformatycznego, po otrzymaniu żądania z tego systemu, informacje o osobach objętych zakazem pełnienia funkcji członka zarządu lub funkcji kierowniczych na podstawie decyzji Komisji Nadzoru Finansowego.
