2. W sprawach, w których postanowienia sądu rejestrowego są skuteczne lub wykonalne z chwilą uprawomocnienia, wraz z wpisem, o którym mowa w ust. 1, zamieszcza się wzmiankę o jego nieprawomocności. Dane objęte treścią wpisu są przekazywane do Centralnego Rejestru Podmiotów – Krajowej Ewidencji Podatników i rejestru REGON po uprawomocnieniu się postanowienia sądu.
