3b. Adwokat, radca prawny lub prawnik zagraniczny zgłaszający uchwałę bądź postanowienie o zatwierdzeniu rocznego sprawozdania finansowego i rocznego skonsolidowanego sprawozdania finansowego grupy kapitałowej oraz podziale zysku lub pokryciu straty, jak również dokumenty, o których mowa w art. 69 ust. 1c, 1d, 3a i 4 ustawy z dnia 29 września 1994 r. o rachunkowości, a także sporządzone do dnia 30 września 2018 r. inne dokumenty, o których mowa w art. 69 ust. 1, 1b, 1f, 1g i 3 tej ustawy, może dołączyć do zgłoszenia ich kopie podpisane w sposób określony w ust. 3a.
