3a. Zgłoszenia może także dokonać adwokat, radca prawny lub prawnik zagraniczny, których dane Naczelna Rada Adwokacka i Krajowa Rada Radców Prawnych udostępniła sądom i Ministrowi Sprawiedliwości za pośrednictwem systemu teleinformatycznego, o którym mowa w art. 58a ustawy z dnia 26 maja 1982 r. – Prawo o adwokaturze (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1564) i art. 601 ustawy z dnia 6 lipca 1982 r. o radcach prawnych (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 499), o ile w systemie tym ujawniony jest ich numer PESEL i są oni umocowani do dokonania zgłoszenia. W takim przypadku adwokat, radca prawny lub prawnik zagraniczny powołuje się na udzielone mu pełnomocnictwo oraz podpisuje zgłoszenie kwalifikowanym podpisem elektronicznym, podpisem zaufanym albo podpisem osobistym.
