Art. 19d.

1. Jeżeli do wniosku należy dołączyć akt notarialny, którego wypis lub wyciąg został umieszczony w Repozytorium, wnioskodawca podaje we wniosku numer tego dokumentu w Repozytorium.

2. Po zarejestrowaniu wniosku dokument, którego numer w Repozytorium został podany przez wnioskodawcę, jest automatycznie przekazywany za pośrednictwem systemu teleinformatycznego z Repozytorium i dołączany do wniosku.
