2. W przypadku posiadania statusu cudzoziemca w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 24 marca 1920 r. o nabywaniu nieruchomości przez cudzoziemców wnioskodawca we wniosku, o którym mowa w ust. 1, zamieszcza także oświadczenie, czy jest właścicielem lub wieczystym użytkownikiem nieruchomości położonych na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.
