6. Sądy rejestrowe wydają w postaci elektronicznej dokumenty złożone do akt rejestrowych w postaci elektronicznej oraz w postaci papierowej ich kopie i odpisy. Sąd rejestrowy, w którym są przechowywane akta rejestrowe podmiotu, wydaje w postaci papierowej i elektronicznej kopie i odpisy dokumentów złożonych do akt w postaci papierowej.
