3. Do zawartości przesyłki listowej, o której mowa w ust. 1, operator wyznaczony dołącza wydruk dokumentu zawierającego wynik weryfikacji podpisu lub pieczęci elektronicznej albo potwierdzenie, że integralność oraz pochodzenie dokumentu elektronicznego od podmiotu publicznego zostały zapewnione z wykorzystaniem środka identyfikacji elektronicznej.
