5. Operator wyznaczony udostępnia podmiotom publicznym oraz podmiotom niepublicznym korzystającym z publicznej usługi rejestrowanego doręczenia elektronicznego skrzynki doręczeń, w tym:

1) zapewnia gwarantowaną dostępność skrzynki doręczeń;

2) zapewnia gwarantowaną pojemność skrzynek doręczeń dla podmiotów publicznych i podmiotów niepublicznych z podziałem na korespondencję prowadzoną z podmiotami publicznymi i podmiotami niepublicznymi;

3) przechowuje wysłane i odebrane dane w ramach gwarantowanej pojemności skrzynki doręczeń.
