Art. 22. Uprawnienie do zarządzania skrzynką doręczeń przysługuje zarządcy sukcesyjnemu powołanemu w trybie art. 9 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 5 lipca 2018 r. o zarządzie sukcesyjnym przedsiębiorstwem osoby fizycznej i innych ułatwieniach związanych z sukcesją przedsiębiorstw podmiotu korzystającego dotychczas z publicznej usługi rejestrowanego doręczenia elektronicznego.
